The Linden Method - How It Works

By Christian Saurel

I recently did a Linden Method review because I tried using the product to help me get rid of my anxiety and panic attacks. I am not one to normally do a review like this, but I truly believe the Linden Method saved my career and my life.My anxiety started back when I was a kid. I think I was pretty normal in that I had the typical fears of getting up in front of people. But I do distinctly remember somebody making fun of me one time when I had to get up in front of the class and give a report. They whispered to the kid next to them that it looked like my mom had dressed me. It was obviously not meant to be heard, but I heard it.

The Linden Method was developed by Charles Linden a former sufferer of panic attacks and a long time researcher and treatment specialist for people with Panic Attacks. After suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for many years, and finding no solution in the traditional treatments, Charles Linden embarked upon a quest to heal himself. What he discovered, tried on himself, and perfected through trial and error, is the Linden Method itself.

But it became sort of an automatic trigger to where whenever I had to meet new people or get in front of a crowd for whatever reason, my heart would pound so hard it would almost come out of my chest, I had a horrible dry throat, and I would sweat so bad I could feel it running down my back under my short.

This in turn made it even worse because I was now anxious about how other people perceived me while I was having these attacks. As time went on, I learned to avoid having to give presentations at work, or having to speak in front of more than one person at a time by making excuses. I also avoided going to parties or any social gatherings because I just could not handle the anxiety and pressure I went through in the days leading up to the event. And when I did go, I would just sit there and not talk to anyone. I even made a point to not make eye contact with anyone so that they would not speak to me.

Over the last 12 years, Charles's program has become recognized as a 'new branch of psychological practice', receiving medical and psychologist referrals and high praise from leading research academics like Dr Francis Teeney of Queen's University who says "It appears there are no lengths that The Linden Method will not take to reassure sufferers that there is a cure for anxiety - in my opinion, they are justified. The new Linden Method app is a supportive and curative resource you can take with you wherever you go.'

I did the rounds at doctors and psychiatrists, but was not real keen on taking medication. And that always seemed to be their recommendation - take some pills and suppress the issue. I did not have many side effects from the medication, but was I supposed to take pills the rest of my life? That's simply not my idea of a cure.As the demands of my work and my family made me more and more anxious I set out to find some sort of natural remedies for anxiety. I read about a lot of products online that said they would help me cure anxiety and panic, but The Linden Method caught my eye for some reason. It just seemed more professional than the other ones I looked at.

What I liked about it was that Charles Linden, the creator of The Linden Method, had also suffered with anxiety and panic his entire life. And his approach was a bit different than what I had heard from all of the doctors. He contends that the anxiety and panic are not a chemical imbalance in the brain, as is widely believed, but a learned behavioral response from past experiences. This really "spoke" to me as I had done some self-examination in the past and could trace a lot of my anxiety back to that event when I was a kid. It made sense to me that it was a learned behavioral response to that past incident.

Finding the best cure to this ailment has proven to be quite difficult for someone with General Anxiety Disorders. The most common mistake these people do it to rely on prescription medicines to alleviate their symptoms. However, that does not offer a permanent cure to their ailment. Some of these people suffer from the side effects of these medications. Some anti-depressants have proven to be addictive and sobering. Some therapies can be quite expensive and if they are not followed through can even worsen the person's condition.Luckily, this treatment method does not make use of those traditional methods.

It is created based on scientific research and various experiments. The creator Charles Linden was once a victim of General Anxiety Disorders so he is in the best position to know what the symptoms are and the effects of all the traditional methods used in treating them. He created this method to help alleviate people from their GAD in a least expensive and invasive way.If you want to know how does the Linden Method work you can avail of the eBook version over the internet.
